During my time at Springboard on the A Mua Ake course, I was tasked with solving a recurring wayfinding issue between Sheepworld and Springboard. Positioned right next to each other, both locations share a car park and bathroom facilities, leading to confusion for tourists. Many visitors intending to visit Sheepworld would mistakenly enter Springboard—a private training establishment, disrupting classes and operations.

To improve the user experience and navigation, I designed a clear and effective wayfinding solution that directs visitors to the correct entrance while maintaining the integrity of both spaces. This project involved understanding user behaviour, identifying pain points, and creating a visual solution that is now in place, helping to enhance the overall visitor experience.
